The Spa Reservationist schedules services for individuals and large groups, confirms appointments by phone, updates reservation and cancellation lists, coordinates last-minute changes, checks guests in, answers service questions, promotes spa or beauty salon services, processes payments and tips, handles receipts, and reports maintenance, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, less than one year of related work experience, no supervisory experience, and no license or certification.
