Description
The Spa Concierge provides guest service from arrival through departure, manages spa check-in and checkout, reservations, billing, payments, and retail transactions, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of spa, locker room, and relaxation facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and relevant experience, CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire, and the ability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and more than 40 hours per week when needed.
