Description
The Spa Concierge checks in guests at the Life in Balance Spa, schedules and manages spa appointments, and maintains the locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck. The role serves as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other resort departments, requires PMS and computer skills, calm handling of stressful situations, excellent communication, task prioritization, and a current or obtainable CPR/First Aid certificate. Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and the position offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance on the 30th day of employment along with other benefits.
