Description
The Spa Concierge maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and order throughout the spa, prepares spaces for guests, restocks supplies, replaces linens, greets and directs guests, manages locker rooms and guest lounges, checks guests in and out of lockers, participates in product inventory, and conducts spa tours. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective professional communication, the ability to stand for seven hours, the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 30 pounds, and a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
