Description
The Spa Director will oversee the overall operation, leadership, guest experience, service standards, budgeting, marketing, and profitability of a spa and wellness facility. The role manages therapists, front-desk staff, and attendants; maintains inventory and vendor relationships; ensures health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance; monitors financial performance; and develops marketing campaigns and business opportunities. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, and the position requires at least five years of progressive leadership experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations.
