Arch Amenities Group is hiring a Spa Director to lead the overall operation, profitability, guest experience, staffing, budgeting, marketing, and business development for a spa and wellness facility. The role is responsible for day-to-day spa operations, team hiring and development, service quality, financial performance, compliance, and promotion of spa services, with a preference for candidates who have hospitality or wellness leadership experience and familiarity with spa booking/POS systems.
