Description
The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day spa operations at the Bamford Wellness Spa within Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, including budget and financial goal management, marketing, staff recruitment and training, guest service, inventory and supply control, maintenance, compliance, and coordination with hotel revenue centers. The role requires a bachelor's degree or comparable spa management experience, at least two years of successful spa management experience, spa and retail knowledge, leadership and customer service skills, spa software proficiency, and CPR/First Aid certification.
