BCP is hiring a hands-on Spa Manager for Red Earth Spa in Banff, Alberta. The role leads reception, massage therapy, and esthetics teams; manages recruitment, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering, budgets, guest service, bookings, payments, feedback, and operational improvements. Spa experience is not required, but 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience and strong people leadership, organization, customer experience, and multitasking abilities are required. The position is on-site in Banff and includes group health, disability, and life insurance with BCP covering 50% of premiums, plus various employee discounts and wellness benefits.
