Description
The Spa Operations Manager supervises and coordinates spa employees across salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception, massage, and locker room areas. The role supports the Spa Director, manages supplies, equipment, inventories, budgets, and payroll reports, handles guest complaints and feedback, and oversees employee training, recognition, discipline, and satisfaction initiatives. A high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a spa, guest services, or related professional area are required.
