Description
The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact at The Edgewater Spa, greeting guests, processing intake, guiding them through the facility, answering phones, booking and coordinating appointments, recommending treatments and retail products, selling gift cards and memberships, assisting with food and beverage requests, processing checkout, and maintaining retail displays. The role requires customer service, computer and typing skills, and some evening or weekend work; prior luxury spa or hospitality reception experience is a plus.
