The Spa and Fitness Guest Services Associate welcomes guests, schedules spa, fitness, wellness, and facility appointments, processes payments and retail transactions, coordinates guest requests, maintains reception and fitness-area standards, supports retail merchandising, and responds to guest concerns. The role requires professional appearance, confidentiality, strong communication and customer-service skills, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States; prior spa, wellness, hospitality, front-desk, retail, or guest-service experience is preferred.
