Description
The Spa and Beauty Salon Associate welcomes and assists hotel guests, provides information about services and amenities, confirms scheduled treatments, monitors schedules, promotes spa and beauty services, orders supplies, inspects work areas and equipment, coordinates maintenance, and supports hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching. The role also requires professional communication, quality compliance, teamwork, and physical work involving standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing 10 pounds or less. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related work experience are desired; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
