Description
The Spa/Salon Operations Associate advises guests and employees on property information, services, amenities, and policy changes; confirms guest details and scheduled treatments; monitors and adjusts schedules; promotes spa and salon services and retail products; completes requisitions; inspects work areas and equipment; reports maintenance needs; and supports hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching. The role also requires welcoming guests, maintaining professional standards, following company policies, and performing physical duties such as lifting up to 10 pounds. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least two years of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
