Description
The Spa/Salon Operations Associate advises guests and employees on property information, services, amenities, and policy changes; confirms guest details and scheduled treatments; monitors and adjusts schedules; promotes spa and salon services and retail products; completes requisitions; inspects work areas and equipment; and reports maintenance needs. The role also supports hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and employee motivation; maintains quality standards; and follows company policies and safety procedures. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least two years of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
