The Recreation Services Associate serves as a key resource for recreation activities on a Marriott property, providing information to guests, encouraging and scheduling participation, promoting facility rules, assisting with private events, processing payments, and maintaining recreational facilities and equipment. The role also supports injured guests, responds to emergencies, completes safety training, and follows company policies. No related work experience is required, but CPR and First Aid certifications are required, along with a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
