Description
The Spa Therapist provides facial and waxing treatments, conducts skincare consultations, assesses guest needs and medical history, recommends products and services, maintains cleanliness and safety, and delivers courteous guest service. The role also includes spa tours, linen and light housekeeping, confidentiality, training, and other management-assigned tasks. Candidates need 2–3 years of spa experience, formal certification in a spa service area, strong customer service and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
