Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Space Communications Payload Systems Engineer in El Segundo, California, for associate, experienced, or lead-level work. The role designs and develops RF, digital, and optical satellite communications systems and payload architectures; supports trade studies, requirements, integration, testing, qualification, and on-orbit operations; and develops analysis tools and algorithms using MATLAB and object-oriented software. The position is 100% onsite, requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, communications subsystems and digital payload experience, and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Relocation may be offered, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
