Description
The DISN Network Operations Center Technician provides 24/7/365 network operations support, including Service Now ticketing, alarm monitoring, fault correlation and isolation, network and service restoration, customer situational awareness, incident escalation, and complex multi-layer troubleshooting. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, advanced knowledge of networking technologies, and 3-5 years of experience.
