Description
Apex is hiring a Space Simulation Test Engineer to design, execute, and manage environmental testing and checkouts for spacecraft and components. The role covers vibration and shock, thermal cycling and TVAC, EMI/EMC, and pneumatic pressure testing; equipment setup and maintenance; production and qualification testing; data analysis; troubleshooting; and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, at least three years of aerospace environmental testing experience, knowledge of aerospace testing standards, and the ability to work with instrumentation and multidisciplinary teams. The position is full-time, based at Apex’s Playa Vista office, and requires U.S. Person status or applicable export authorizations.
