Omitron is hiring a full-time Space Systems Administrator to support system and network administration for large-scale Space Domain Awareness/Command and Control mission-critical programs at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The role focuses on platform and tenant application sustainment, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, audits, documentation, incident response, and compliance with ITAR, EAR, CUI, and cybersecurity standards. It requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 6+ years of combined systems administration, DevOps, or software engineering experience, along with Linux, VMware, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Red Hat administration experience. The position is on-site in a classified facility, pays $125,000 to $165,000, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
