Intuitive Machines is hiring a Jr Spacecraft Communications Engineer to support the NASA OMES III contract for the JPSS-4 spacecraft communications subsystem at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Lanham, Maryland. The role involves becoming a subject matter expert, cross-training and backing a designated subsystem, supporting readiness and launch-and-early-orbit activities, developing communications products and operations tools, and working extended shifts during testing, rehearsals, and the 90-day LEO&A period. Preferred qualifications include a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least three years of related experience, two years of spacecraft operations experience, OS/Comet TT&C, Python or C/C++, government background investigation clearance, and MS Office skills.
