Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Manager to oversee the LM400 Assembly, Integration, and Test Electrical Test team. The role supervises electrical test engineering activities, ground support equipment, test procedures, software, scripts, databases, and major system and subsystem tests; prepares schedule and status inputs; and coordinates with programs, AI&T teams, and senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, high-value hardware manufacturing or testing experience, full-spectrum leadership, an active Top Secret clearance, and willingness to work overtime in a 24/7 operations environment. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
