Spacecraft Interconnect Design Engineer at E-Space

E-Space is seeking an experienced individual to lead the end-to-end design, development, and manufacturing transition of spacecraft harnesses, cables, connectors, and interconnect solutions for a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation. The role involves owning connector selection from custom and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) sources, developing various cable assemblies, and collaborating with international vendors to manage designs from prototyping to large-scale production. Key responsibilities include designing and qualifying custom and COTS connectors, overseeing cable and harness design, ensuring electrical interface control documents, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
