Rendezvous Robotics is hiring a Mid to Senior Level Spacecraft Mechanisms Engineer to own the design, analysis, testing, qualification, and production of docking, capture, and mating systems for in-space satellite assembly. The role covers latch and electrical interface design, alignment budgets, structural and thermal analysis, life and wear testing, materials selection, supplier coordination, and detailed mechanical drawings. It is a full-time, on-site position in Golden, Colorado, with a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 for the Engineer level and $140,000 to $170,000 for the Senior Engineer level, plus medical, vision, dental, disability, life, and paid leave benefits.
