Description
The SPAR Trainee Program is a full-time, 16-month trainee role designed to introduce participants to all areas of SPAR stores, provide hands-on retail experience, and prepare them for future store leadership. Responsibilities include product presentation, freshness checks, daily customer contact, teamwork, and participation in projects and experience weeks. Applicants need completed Matura or a higher vocational school qualification, interest in food and retail, strong communication and service orientation, and enthusiasm for customer contact. The program offers training, flexible scheduling, health and lunch subsidies, and a pathway toward Store Manager or Department Manager, with applications accepted through SPAR’s careers website.
