Description
The Spares Coordinator supports service sales and customer supply at ABB's Aberdeen facility by preparing quotations, entering customer and purchase orders, coordinating shipments and export documentation, maintaining ERP master data, supporting inventory and replenishment, processing invoices and RMA orders, and assisting with imports, expediting, and purchasing. The role requires customer service or end-to-end order management experience, SAP experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a hybrid work model from Aberdeen.
