Description
Spark is hiring a General Counsel to serve as its principal legal advisor and build and scale the legal function for its institutional on-chain financial infrastructure. The role focuses on commercial and institutional legal matters, including structuring and negotiating complex agreements, advising on commercial transactions and partnerships, supporting capital raises and corporate strategy, managing external counsel, advising on governance and intellectual property, and developing legal risk and regulatory compliance frameworks. Candidates need at least 10 years of legal experience, significant in-house experience, a qualified-lawyer credential in a major jurisdiction, and experience supporting high-growth technology or financial services businesses.
