STURDY. is hiring a Spatial Designer to translate creative and brand concepts into buildable stages, environments, and experiential installations for live events and brand projects. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role collaborates with Creative, Production, and Fabrication teams to develop spatial layouts, technical drawings, specifications, material selections, and venue-constrained designs. The position requires 3–5+ years of relevant experience, CAD and 3D modeling proficiency, knowledge of stage building and rigging, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
