Rho Adviseurs is hiring a Spatial Development Advisor to advise municipalities, developers, housing associations, businesses, and other stakeholders on complex housing, area, mobility, sustainability, environmental, and spatial planning projects in the Brainport region. The role covers spatial justifications, planning feasibility, procedures, permitting, stakeholder coordination, environmental and site investigations, and project representation, with opportunities to contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing. The position is based at the Eindhoven office, offers a hybrid work arrangement, and provides a starting salary of €4,094 gross per month.
