Rho Adviseurs is hiring an experienced Spatial Planning Advisor to join its integrated advisory team in Middelburg. The role advises clients and project initiators on spatial planning, planning feasibility, environmental and area studies, permit procedures, participation processes, and integrated spatial strategies across housing, energy, environmental, and area-based projects in Zeeland and the southwestern Netherlands. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of spatial procedures and planning laws, and strong communication skills. The position offers a starting salary of €4,094 gross per month, flexible working, training, and other benefits.
