Description
The role evaluates students with severe disabilities and assesses students for specific learning difficulties, administers and analyzes test instruments, interprets results, conducts classroom and behavioral observations, prepares evaluation reports and databases, participates in multidisciplinary and central meetings, presents findings to ARD/IEP committees, recommends disability conditions and instructional strategies, and provides in-services to school personnel. The position requires a master's degree, five to six years of related experience, Texas Educational Diagnostician certification or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology licensure, a valid Texas driver's license, and computer and communication skills.
