Rep-Lite is hiring a Field Account Specialist focused on sterile processing and operating room workflows. The role partners with SPD, central services, and OR teams to optimize tray and instrument readiness, monitor utilization and processing performance, support vendor initiatives, train clinical staff, and track operational metrics. It requires at least five years of experience in sterile processing, central services, surgical services, operating rooms, or related clinical settings, along with strong workflow knowledge, equipment troubleshooting ability, organization, and communication skills. The position is hospital-based, involves standing, walking, lifting trays and equipment, and may require flexible scheduling.
