Description
The Special Education Classroom Assistant supports Special Education teachers at Edison Park Elementary School by assisting students with disabilities in instruction, IEP implementation, personal hygiene, daily living skills, feeding, note-taking, homework correction, behavior records, field trips, and classroom equipment. The role requires a valid TASN paraprofessional license or the ability to obtain one after completing the required college credit or paraprofessional exam, along with communication, instructional support, and physical assistance skills.
