Description
The employer is hiring a Special Education Assistant to observe and document individual development, support people with special needs, and care for and accompany individuals in various life situations. The role offers full-time work at 35 hours per week or part-time work starting at 20 hours per week, with assignments locally, regionally, or nationwide. Compensation is up to €4,100 gross per month, with allowances, bonuses, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and a €1,000 starter bonus for taking over a current assignment. Applicants need completed training as a pedagogical professional, including state-recognized Special Education Assistant, educator, childcare worker, special education therapist, or social educator training, along with enjoyment of working with people, teamwork, responsibility, flexibility, and interest in new experiences.
