Description
The Special Education Paraeducator supports students with disabilities in a 32-hour-per-week school-year schedule for Mansfield School District. The role assists the Special Education Teacher with IEP- or IFSP-aligned lesson planning, one-on-one and small-group instruction, classroom management, observation and assessment, data collection, communication with parents and staff, behavior support, and student physical needs. The position requires regular attendance, a high school diploma or GED, and one of several specified educational or assessment qualifications, along with criminal-history and fingerprint checks.
