Description
The Special Education Paraeducator supports students with disabilities in Skamania School District by assisting with IEP- or IFSP-based lesson planning, one-on-one and small-group instruction, classroom management, observation and assessment, data collection, communication with parents and staff, behavior support, and physical-care assistance. The role is 35 hours per week on a school-year schedule, pays $21.82–$26.99 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED plus one of several specified educational or assessment qualifications, along with criminal-history and fingerprint checks.
