Klingberg Family Centers, Inc. is hiring a Special Education Paraprofessional for Raymond Hill School in New Britain for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides behavioral structure and academic guidance, supports students with crisis intervention and counseling, reinforces educational goals, documents student progress, and assists with the educational program under the direction of a Team Leader, Director of Education, or Assistant Director of Education. The position is 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and includes an option for an additional five-week extended school year program. A high school diploma, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification, and CPR/First Aid certification are required; 1-2 years of crisis prevention or counseling experience is preferred.
