Description
KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students in classroom and instructional activities, tutor individual students, assist with academic and functional needs, accompany students throughout the school, communicate with teachers and parents, and provide clerical support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus additional higher-education coursework, an associate’s degree, or a formal academic assessment, and requires bilingual English and Spanish ability. The position works Monday through Friday at a school site, with minimal travel and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and family leave.
