Description
Keystone Academy is seeking a Title 1 paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in accordance with their IEPs and 504 behavior plans. The role provides one-on-one or small-group instructional and behavioral assistance, implements resource-room, inclusion, and pullout services, attends professional development and IEP meetings, and assists with compliance documentation. Candidates must meet Michigan Title 1 paraprofessional requirements, be able to de-escalate situations, navigate technical systems, and preferably have experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavior modifications.
