Description
Laurus Academy is hiring a Title 1 paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in accordance with their IEPs and 504 behavior plans. The role provides one-on-one or small-group instructional and behavioral assistance, implements individualized curriculum and services, attends professional development and IEP meetings, and assists with compliance documentation. Candidates must meet Michigan state requirements for a Title 1 paraprofessional, and previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavior modification is preferred.
