The Special Populations Specialist supports KIPP Texas campuses by coaching special education and 504 staff, modeling inclusive instruction, analyzing student and compliance data, ensuring IEP and 504 documentation meets federal and state requirements, and delivering professional development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of special education teaching experience, knowledge of IDEA, MTSS, and Texas regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Outlook.
