Description
This role involves providing educational programs tailored to the needs of deaf and hearing-impaired students within a public school setting. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers and community agencies, developing and implementing instructional plans aligned with state standards, and assisting with assessments and evaluations. The individual will also manage Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation, deliver academic and therapeutic support, and ensure effective communication between educators and interpreters.
