The Lansing School District is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students with special education needs in the Resource Room setting at the Lansing Learning Hub. The role involves supporting IEP goals, providing differentiated instruction in math, literacy, social studies, and science, documenting progress, collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and students, and building an inclusive learning environment. A bachelor's degree and previous experience working with students with special education needs are required; a Michigan special education teaching certificate, urban teaching experience, and training in CRPBIS, CPI, and related instructional methodologies are preferred.
