Rivermont Schools is hiring a Special Education Teacher for its Roanoke campus to provide ABA-based instruction to a small class of students ages 6–21 with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The role includes developing and implementing IEPs, leading IEP meetings, applying positive behavior support, collecting behavioral and academic data, and collaborating with clinical specialists. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, an active Virginia Department of Education license or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days, at least one year of relevant classroom experience, familiarity with IEP and ABA practices, and a valid Virginia driver's license.
