Description
LifeGroß is hiring a Social Support Specialist for Disability Work to provide daytime care and support for people with high assistance needs and/or autism, including personal future planning, nursing-related assistance, coordination with relatives and partners, community networking, crisis intervention, and development of innovative offerings. The role requires completed training in disability support or nursing assistance, experience supporting people on the autism spectrum and dealing with challenging behavior, and offers 20–30 hours per week at the Smartcity facility in Graz, with possible work at a second location.
