Avancer Homes LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Day Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join their team. The DSP will assist adults with intellectual disabilities by engaging them in programming and participating in community activities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, household tasks, monitoring behavior, documenting progress, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 pounds, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and passing a criminal background check. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $17.00 per hour, with a starting pay of up to $16.00-$26.00 based on experience, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus.
