Permacon GmbH is hiring a Special Needs Educator to support children with special support needs in a daycare center in eastern Hamburg. The role can be part-time at 30 hours per week or full-time at 35 hours per week and involves caring for children, conducting morning circles, building supportive relationships, developing individualized support plans, and implementing playful, participation-oriented activities. Candidates need completed special-education training and first professional experience working with children aged 1–6. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, a monthly salary of €2,900–€4,500 depending on experience, vacation pay, a Christmas bonus, and a commuting allowance.
