inCare is hiring a Special Needs Educator / Care Assistant for People with Intellectual Disabilities in the Garbsen area. The role provides individual support and care, develops and implements special needs education concepts, accompanies people with disabilities in everyday life and social participation, collaborates with relatives and external agencies, and documents support measures and developmental progress. The position offers a permanent employment contract under the GVP collective bargaining agreement, €26.50 per hour, a Deutschlandticket or tax-free mileage allowance, a possible company car, vacation, bonuses, and mental health counseling. Experience working with people with disabilities is desirable, along with empathy, teamwork, responsibility, flexibility, and independent, structured working methods.
