Nikolauspflege is hiring a part-time (70%), permanent Special Needs Educator/Support Staff for People with Visual Impairments to work in a residential group for blind and visually impaired adults with additional disabilities in Stuttgart. The role supports clients in independent living and social participation, provides day-to-day advice and care, implements educational participation goals and individual support plans, and serves as a contact for families and legal representatives. The position requires relevant special-needs, senior-care, or nursing training, shift work, empathy, self-reflection, independent structured work, and flexibility.
