4Seasons Transportation is hiring a part-time Special Needs School Bus Driver to safely transport students with disabilities to and from school, assist with boarding and mobility devices, maintain vehicle readiness, and build supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff. The role offers paid Class 4 licence training, a take-home vehicle, mentorship, and work-life balance, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour or up to $150 per day based on 5–6 hours on the road. Applicants need at least three years of winter driving experience, a valid Class 5 or higher Alberta driver's licence, availability for both AM and PM routes, and the ability to secure parking for the bus near their home.
